Deep in the cave there’s a dwarf who glows
And up on the hill there’s a man who knows
He says come out and you’ll shine so bright
But the sun knows better, he’ll shine at night
Up above that are the gods that play
To them it’s no matter, night or day
So they urge and they nag ‘til the dwarf gives in
And as he steps out, the cave grows dim
Not exposed for a moment, he bursts into flames
The searing of flesh, the terrible pain
Now it’s no difference, whether he glows
He is dust floating by, he is elegant prose
The man and the sun and the gods in the sky
Now will think twice before they all pry
